For some of our patients, getting to the clinic simply isn't possible, whether due to advanced illness, frailty, or immobility.

In these circumstances, our GPs may offer home visits as an extension of the care already provided at our practice.

Home visits are available at the GP's discretion, for existing patients of the clinic who are already known to their treating doctor, and are generally reserved for those who are palliative, housebound, or otherwise unable to attend in person.

Our aim is simple: to ensure that continuity of care and compassionate support remain accessible, even when circumstances make coming to us difficult.
